🔹 Do I need to know any Dutch before starting?
No! We offer lessons for all levels, from complete beginners (A0) to advanced learners (C1).
🔹 How long does it take to learn Dutch with TRIPLLLE?
It depends on your starting level, learning pace, and practice outside lessons. Most students see progress within a few weeks.
🔹 What level of Dutch can I reach with these lessons?
You can start from zero and work your way up to conversational (A2) or professional (B2) fluency with consistent lessons and practice.

No, we do not offer any assistance with visa applications or legal documentation.
Intake & Course Setup
🔹 How does the intake process work?
Before starting, we schedule a short intake call over the phone to discuss your goals, level, and learning preferences. This helps us create a personalized learning plan.
🔹 Do I need to prepare for the intake?
No preparation is needed! We’ll ask about your experience with Dutch and what you’d like to achieve.
🔹 How long does the intake take?
The intake call takes about 15-20 minutes and is free of charge.
Course Details & Structure
🔹 What’s the difference between private, duo, and group lessons?
Private lessons: One-on-one, fully customized.
Duo lessons: Learn with a partner (same level).
Group lessons: Learn in a small group—these lessons can also be scheduled flexibly.
🔹 How long is each lesson?
Lessons typically last 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the format.
🔹 What materials do you use in the lessons?
We use a combination of textbooks, digital resources, and interactive exercises, all stored online for easy access.
🔹 Do you offer homework or extra practice exercises?
Yes! We provide exercises and optional homework to reinforce what you’ve learned.
🔹Do I receive a certificate upon completion of the course?
Upon completing your course, you will receive a certificate of completion from TRIPLLLE. This certificate serves as a testimony of your participation and successful completion of the course. Please note that it is not an official accreditation or recognized qualification, but it does reflect the progress you’ve made and the skills you’ve gained throughout the course.
Practical & Technical Questions
🔹 How do the online lessons work?
Lessons take place via Zoom or Teams. You’ll receive a meeting link in advance.
🔹 Can I access lesson materials after class?
Yes! All lesson notes, exercises, and materials are stored on our online Padlet platform, accessible 24/7.
🔹 Do I need to buy a textbook?
We provide digital materials and combine this with an existing textbook, which is included in your course fee.
🔹 What technology do I need for online lessons?
A stable internet connection, a laptop/tablet, a microphone, and a quiet space are recommended.
Scheduling & Payment
🔹 Can I choose my own lesson times?
Yes! We offer flexible scheduling for private, duo, and group lessons.
🔹 What if I need to reschedule a lesson?
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule without a fee.
🔹 Do you offer a trial lesson?
No, we do not offer a free trial lesson. However, we are happy to discuss your learning needs during the intake.
🔹 How do payments work?
Payments must be made before the start of the course. You will receive an invoice from us with all payment details.
